Field Archery Association(NFAA), the National Association for the
Development of Archery (NADA)
Tem is a certified USAA Level 4 National Coach and NFAA certified
Advanced Coach. He has earned registration with the American Sports
Education Program and as a “Double-Goal Coach” with the Positive Coaching
Alliance, a youth sports advocacy organization of Stanford University.
Tem was elected to the board of the State Archers of California, the
state affiliate to USAA, in 2003, and serves as board president.He is
also an active USAA judge and is one of twenty-three USAA judges who has
earned accreditation as an International Paralympic Committee National
Technical Delegate for archery.

Myra recently won the Gold Medal in the 2009 Senior Olympics held at
Stanford University.
